Hi! I'm so glad you are here. Starting therapy takes so much courage. I work with individuals, couples, and teens who want a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their relationships so they can move toward healthier patterns, greater self-awareness, and more meaningful connection. People often come to therapy feeling stuck in painful emotional or relational patterns that they can’t seem to break. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, attachment wounds, identity concerns, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.
