Mental Health and Counseling Services is an established and professionally licensed mental health and counseling service in Rochester, NY, created to address the growing need for positive influences and meaningful support in the lives of today's men and women from adolescent to adulthood. As the number of negative stressors in the lives of our society increases, so does the necessity for affirmative representation to aid in addressing the development of positive coping skills and stress management.
