Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Therapy offers a space to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. As a Registered Social Worker for over 17 years, I believe healing is about more than managing symptoms. Our mental health is shaped by our relationships, life experiences, culture, and the opportunities and challenges we’ve encountered. Understanding the whole person—not just the diagnosis—is at the heart of my approach.
