Welcome! My name is Cassandra, and I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. I obtained my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor. I am also a Child and Youth Worker with a background working in a psychiatric inpatient unit. I have ten years of experience working with children and youth. I also have many years of experience working with adults of varying ages and life stressors. I personally enjoy implementing cognitive behavioural therapy and other modalities into my practice. As the world around us is always changing, we are faced with new challenges, some of which we need help navigating through.
