We are living in challenging, uncertain times. Reaching out for support takes courage. I am here to provide a safe space for your healing and growth. My role is to help you navigate internal and external stressors and obstacles while reconnecting you to your personal power. For some, our work will focus upon identifying, processing, and healing past trauma. For others, the challenge may be dealing with a current relationship, a difficult work or living environment, and/or facing situational anxiety or depression. Ultimately, I will be partnering with you on your journey of reestablishing your relationship to your best self.
