People come to therapy for many reasons, and whatever your reason for seeking help, we can work to figure it out together. There are a lot of therapists to choose from, but what sets me apart from others is that I use a mix of humour and compassion to make the therapy space comfortable. I have experience supporting people living with challenges associated with relationships, anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity, gender, sexuality, and disabilities. I am dedicated to providing mental health support to people in any stage of life and am here to help you navigate life from where you’re at now, to where you want to be.
