Using a trauma-informed, neuroscientific approach, our therapists support children, youth, and adults in understanding how our brains and bodies impact anxiety, depression, stress, learning, relationships, and more. When we better understand how to be more mindful of our own needs using a simple and effective framework, we become better able to recognize, reduce, and respond to stress to be happier, healthier, and more connected. For children, we offer play-based therapy. For youth and adults, a variety of options are available.
