As a therapist, I believe that every person is the expert of their own story and personal journey. It is very important to me that co-create a collaborative, trusting and compassionate therapeutic relationship with my clients. This type of relationship fosters trust and a willingness for openness that will benefit the therapeutic journey substantially. I place emphasis on strengths and personal expertise that already exists within each and every client, to foster positive self image and confidence. Mindfully tending to our needs and caring for ourselves through compassion promotes acceptance of who we truly are.
