I am a qualifying therapist with years of experience working in crisis situations. My formal education and experience in the Canadian Armed Forces and working in crisis situations has given me the experience to help in many situations. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents and children who are struggling with their day to day life challenges. We will explore patterns, challenge them, and develop strategies to cope with your life challenges. I am a person-centered therapist that incorporates art therapy, mindfulness and DBT therapy.
