Here are some things I believe are true: in every moment, all you’re ever doing is the best you can, with the resources you have; and you’re not broken – just stuck. I imagine if you’re on my page, you might find yourself in a difficult phase of life. The demands of school, work, or general life, might leave you feeling anxious, depressed, or burned-out. Maybe you struggle with self-esteem, to feel connected and known in your relationships, or are dealing with a major loss.
