I specialize in working with clients who are facing big life transitions, such as grieving a loss and navigating the change that comes with the death of a loved one or pet, the end of a relationship, or a medical diagnosis or injury. Some clients may be feeling overwhelmed by pressure at work or school. I help clients find ways to manage stress, anxiety and feelings of being stuck. I help teens and adults explore what’s beneath the surface, process difficult emotions, and find clarity, healing, and direction through talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness and/or mind-body techniques, depending on each client's desires and needs.
