Many of the women Carolyn works with have lived with PMDD for years, but lately something feels different. Symptoms feel more intense, less predictable, or harder to manage, and they're left wondering: is this still PMDD, or is perimenopause starting? For women in their late 30s and 40s, it's often both. Carolyn helps clients make sense of what's happening in their bodies during this confusing stretch and build practical tools to manage it. She also supports clients through grief particularly the loss of a parent — and works with individuals and couples navigating stress, ADHD, mood changes, and relationship conflict.
