I work with adult women (often in the helping professions) who are experiencing burnout, stress, anxiety, exhaustion, unhappiness, and resentment, at work and in their personal relationships. If this is you, I can help you to process the realities of your situation, understand what unconscious patterns might be playing a role, and develop a more grounded and peaceful way of being. My approach is exploratory and collaborative, as together we work to understand your issues of concern, see alternative perspectives, and find effective responses that can begin to shift your life situation.
