Helping others is my passion. I am here to support you and your family on your journey to improved mental health, wellness and spirit. Having just completed the competency-based examination (required every 5 years), I can assure clients that I offer a safe, empathic, strength-based, client-centred approach. The coping strategies you learn and implement can improve your relationships, self-acceptance, and self-confidence. I began my professional career as a scientist, bringing both knowledge of social and biological understanding of how mental illness can manifest. Using a holistic approach, together we will find the path forward.
