As a registered professional counsellor, I believe everyone has their own solutions to their problems and need a safe space to explore feelings and beliefs in order to come to a clearer understanding. I work with people who are frustrated with part of their life and have a strong willingness to try new things, get to know themselves better, and let go of patterns that no longer serve them. Working with someone who is confidential, compassionate and non-judgmental allows us the freedom to make long lasting change and regain a sense of empowerment in ourselves and our lives.
