I have been working in the mental health field for over 35 years. If you’re feeling it’s time to look within, heal old wounds, and begin living more authentically, I am here to support you. Many of my clients come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, addictions, trauma, grief, or difficulty. Healing happens when we meet ourselves with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to help you build confidence, develop new skills, and create a life that feels meaningful and purposeful. Together, we will explore past and present patterns with honesty and compassion.
