I exclusively offer online sessions through a dedicated team at Strength Counselling Services. Therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. I'm here to offer a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself. With lived experience of trauma and invisible illness, I know how healing it is to finally feel seen. I focus on building a strong, respectful therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, confidentiality, and care. We'll laugh, reflect, and do real work— together. All backgrounds and identities are welcome here.
