Currently accepting new clients. Childhood and adolescence can be filled with challenges that feel overwhelming—for both young people and their caregivers. Trauma, loss, anxiety, or relational challenges can leave children and teens feeling misunderstood and disconnected. I aim to provide a compassionate, safe, and reliable space where young clients and their families can begin to make sense of their experiences, strengthen connections, and move towards healing. I work to understand each client’s unique story—not only what is happening now, but also how past experiences continue to shape emotions, behaviours, and patterns today.
