I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a doctoral degree in counseling psychology. I have been licensed for twenty-three years. My theoretical orientation is CBT; however, I also use some humanistic theory and solution-focused theory. I work primarily with depression, anxiety, ptsd and trauma. I believe that it is important for you to feel completely comfortable with the person you choose for therapy because if you do not feel safe to share and be transparent, it can hinder and limit your ability to really address the issues that bring you to therapy.
