Accepting New Clients • With thirty years’ experience as a first‐responder & previous international athlete, I bring a unique blend of lived experience & therapeutic training to our work together. I understand how burnout, high-performance demands, trauma, & the weight of “keeping it together” can erode connection, confidence & purpose. My approach is grounded in compassion & practical tools—whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, relational disconnection, identity questions, or the lingering echo of critical calls & high stakes.
