You deserve time each week to explore areas of your life in a safe space and environment. Whether you are struggling with issues of postpartum, life-changes, parenting, family, relationships, life milestones (college/career), divorce, co-parenting, grief/loss-I am here to support you on your journey to healing. I will be your ally while we explore these struggles with the goal being you finding or re-discovering the “YOU” you want, the “YOU” you need, and the “YOU” you deserve.
