The fact that there is something rather than nothing — and that we are part of that ‘something’ — poses some of the greatest challenges imaginable. These challenges manifest in problems living life to its fullest. These problems are not all medical and/or pathological; living is hard and not simply because of money. Sometimes developing, experiencing, or understanding your meaning, purpose, joy, connection to self, others, and the world requires a little help — and there’s no shame in that. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing these and other challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma.
