At "mY Psychologist" we work with Individuals and Couples who feel at a crossroads, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Many come with anxiety, relationship strain, life transition, or emotional exhaustion. Our role is to create a space where people feel genuinely seen and supported. Through thoughtful, relational therapy, we help clients understand the patterns shaping their lives, strengthen connection, and begin creating the kind of life and relationships they want to live with more ease and intention. Our goal is that clients leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a stronger sense of direction in their lives.
