How are you really feeling? Our emotions can feel overwhelming, confusing, out of reach or like something to avoid. From an early age, I've learned how helpful it is to open up in a safe space and deal with my emotions to move past them. For over 15+ years, I've assisted others to do this from different therapy approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is supported by research to treat depression, anxiety, trauma and other problems. When we can feel the emotions connected to our issues, we start to understand ourselves better and open ourselves to healing, change and growth to feel more confident and satisfied in life.
