The world can be a dark and heavy place, and that's why I believe kindness, compassion, and hope are so important. I try to bring all of these values to my practice as a therapist, where I will strive to connect with you by cheering on your personal growth, sitting with you in the dark, and listening to your story. We will work together to help you achieve your goals and gain confidence. I offer a listening ear, tools and advice, and a safe-place where you can lay it all out and trust that you will be treated with honour and respect.
