There are moments when it feels like you’re carrying the weight of everything at once, and no one else really sees it. You know something needs to change, but it’s hard to figure out where to begin. I’m Brooke, a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Psychotherapist. I support teens and adults navigating grief and loss, chronic illness and pain, ADHD, and caregiver stress—including parents and healthcare professionals. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and start to make sense of your experience.
