I have a passion for working with members of the Military, First Responders, Blue Collar and Agricultural Communities. First Responder personel may carry the invisible wounds of trauma, hypervigilance, nightmares, or difficulties with trust and connection. They often live with the impact of high-stress environments, compassion fatigue, sleep difficulties, and the challenge of turning “off” after being on alert for so long. Blue Collar and Agricultural communities I work with often face chronic stress from isolation, financial pressures, unpredictable environments, and the heavy responsibility of supporting their families.
