I am a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or stuck. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, parenting demands, caregiving responsibilities, illness or injury, or major life transitions. Often, they have spent years carrying too much while neglecting their own needs. My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate, helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected.
