Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile and consider me as your therapist. I approach therapy with the belief that my clients' lives contain the necessary ingredients to change, grow and heal themselves and their relationships. My role as your counsellor is to create an environment where you will feel heard and accepted. From here, you will be in a good position to gain insight into yourself, your behavior and your relationships. Once we have this type of insight, we can get to work and create lasting change.
