Whether you’re facing trauma, have concerns about anxiety, mood, risk related concerns, or are going through times of change like new parenthood or interpersonal relationship shifts, I’m here to support you. I also specialize in working with children and youth, helping to navigate child-parent relationships, school-related concerns, and understanding neurodivergence. I take a wholistic approach with each client, keeping mindful of the mind-body connection.
