If you have been told your whole life to just try harder or stay focused, I want you to know that you are not lazy. You are just tired of trying harder for a world that wasn't built for your brain, fighting a daily battle to do things that look so easy for everyone else. Maybe it’s the exhaustion of always running behind and procrastinating. Maybe it’s that daily fight with your brain to avoid binging that TV show and finally start working on that assignment. You likely know exactly what you need to do, but you just can’t get yourself to do it. I work with men who are struggling with the daily impact of their ADHD and Anxiety.
