Hi there, I'm Brenda! I am a Hispanic and Bilingual Licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist in the state of California. I am a diverse and relatable therapist who meets clients exactly where they are, working with what shows up in the room in real time. My goal as a therapist is to honor each individual's unique story, fostering deep healing through authentic connection and presence. In our work together, I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Client Centered approaches.
