I am a Master’s-level practicum student providing counselling under clinical supervision. My goal is to create a safe, calm, supportive, and confidential space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is person-centered and integrative, I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor each session to the individual in front of me. I believe therapy should be shaped around you, your story, your needs, and what feels most helpful for you. I will support you in navigating challenges, building understanding, and developing tools that feel realistic and supportive in your everyday life.
