Growing up and moving through young adulthood can bring challenges that feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to manage alone. I support children, adolescents, and young adults ages 8–25 as they work through stress, relationship challenges, grief, loss, and other experiences that may be affecting their emotional well-being. My goal is to create an environment that feels not only safe and approachable, but also useful in helping clients better understand themselves during a time in life that can often feel unpredictable.
