You CAN truly live the life you deserve, full of happiness and positivity! - My therapy practice is called Kaizen Counseling. Kaizen, in Japanese, means 'improvement' or 'change for better.' - I can support and assist you to change your life for the better. I utilize a variety of techniques, tailored to each individual client. I will create a safe and comfortable environment to navigate life’s challenges and help you make improvements.
