I've been in the field since 2014, and I work as both an individual and couple therapist. In the past 10 years, I have worked with many mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, or grief. A main focus of mine is helping one improve their communication, assertiveness, and boundaries, either in relationships or personal self-talk. When discussing these topics coping skills and emotion regulation are often explored. As I am not sure about you, but when many struggle, their self-talk becomes negative, their ability to cope may go out the window, and their relationships or functioning are negatively impacted.
