I work with women who feel as though they have lost themselves in the demands of life, relationships, and expectations. They may struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or unresolved trauma that continues to shape how they see themselves and relate to others. It starts with a realization that something needs to change, but unsure of what to do. Many women I support experience a profound sense of disconnection from themselves, difficulty in building meaningful connections, and navigating life's complexity. I believe that growth begins with building the foundation within to help strengthen our connection with others.
