Hi folks and welcome! My name is Brandy and I am passionate about providing tailored holistic therapy through a lens of decolonization and anti-oppression that allows us to remain sovereign in our healing. In our Colonized society the symptoms we are experiencing are made to be "bad or wrong." Instead, I will support you in co-creating the sacred space needed to explore and honour our pain, our experiences, and our stories. Connect back to your spirit. Relinquish attachments and take your power back by unburdening yourself from connections to people, external things, thoughts, and actions that do not serve who you are becoming.
