As founder of Inspired Resolutions, I integrate mental health, physical wellness, and nutrition to support lasting change. My background includes addiction recovery, Drug Court, and private practice, and I collaborate with schools and nonprofits like the With Hope Foundation for suicide prevention. I also train therapists, run a free parent group, offer online courses, and speak on campuses for staff and students.
