I work with couples and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship distress, phase of life issues, and loss of self. I also work with men on emotional tolerance, emotional expression, self-advocacy, crises of purpose, and gaining comfort with vulnerability. We all face our own unique challenges in our everyday lives. These challenges can range from inspiring to overwhelming, from motivating to diminishing, and anything in between. Sometimes it can be relatively easy to get lost in the vast ocean of life, and we may not even realize anything is off until we are already lost at sea, adrift amongst the waves.
