Do you feel anxious and overwhelmed? Feel depressed and alone? Find yourself having trouble thinking clearly? I hope to create a space that feels safe and nonjudgmental where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is creative and playful and draws from a psychodynamic framework. Each individual is unique and I adjust my approach for you. We will work to help you reduce the impact of your feelings. Further, will work to help you engage with yourself and others in a way that feels more free and alive, where new ways of being can emerge.
