Currently accepting new clients — I offer therapy for youth and caregivers navigating complex mental health challenges. Reaching out for support is a courageous step, especially when navigating the challenges that can come with childhood, adolescence, parenting, or involvement in complex systems like education or justice. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Whether I’m working with a child struggling with emotional regulation, a teen navigating mental health and identity, or a caregiver facing burnout, I approach each relationship with empathy, curiosity, and compassion.
