Do you feel stuck in the same negative, addictive patterns and habits? Do you have unresolved trauma that makes it hard to move forward? You don't have to face these challenges alone. I aim to create a warm, non judgemental space where you can open up and share your struggles. Some of the areas I commonly support people with include stress, anxiety, depression or low mood, grief and loss, life transitions, low self worth and confidence and trauma. I will tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs. I have a special interest in helping people heal from their trauma and learn how to move forward.
