Life is a series of transitions. We often need help in moving from a place of discomfort to a place of calmness, safety, and satisfaction. The process of psychotherapy can help you get to that better place. I work with individuals, couples, and families with a focus on achieving self-understanding for the purpose of changing situations which are stressful and unpleasant. My practice is all inclusive, treating those seemingly well adjusted yet with nagging underlying dissatisfactions to those experiencing extreme distress, alienation, and shame.
