Have you spent so much time trying to understand or support someone else that you've lost touch with yourself? Are you struggling with low self-worth, relationship anxiety, or the painful impact of loving someone who struggles with addiction or mental health? My name is Blair, and I work with adults navigating shame, codependence, insecure attachment & relationship trauma. I help them build self-trust, self-compassion & a sense of safety within themselves, so they can experience the secure connection they’ve been looking for — starting within. I also work with teens who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or misunderstood.
