Hi There! We are a group practice of trauma trained, certified & informed professionals who have dedicated their lives to understanding humans to their core. Each clinician was hand picked by the group practice owner who has lived experience with trauma, adversity, toxic stress and addiction. If you are reaching out for the first time, or you've tried therapy before, we would love to be apart of your journey. Mindfully Me believes all humans foster competencies and capacities to move through adversity. We use curiosity and compassion in your journey to foster physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellness.
