Hi :) I am a certified clinical trauma specialist. I help humans address their mental health, behavior and emotions using nervous system regulation, somatics, experiential therapy (going deeper than "just talking"), talk therapy and professional, real rapport through a trauma focused lens. I believe in getting to the root and not just "bandaid" coping solutions.
