I am available for counselling individuals (adults), couples, and families seeking support through life changes and challenges. In particular, I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles, including LGBTQ+. I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings in the social service field. Areas of experience include bereavement, sudden loss, unresolved grief; trauma work; anger and stress management issues; anxiety, depression, fear, low self-esteem; relationship problems, couple, family, parent-child stressful changes in life, work or family.
