I am passionate about creating safe spaces for individuals who feel that they don’t fit in or are never good enough, along with those who consider themselves to be misfits, hot messes, depressed, anxious, those who misuse substances/alcohol or who just want to figure out who they are. Counselling can be scary, but if you're ready to take this first step, I'll walk beside you. If you want "normal" (wait, what is that anyway?) and authentic, you've found the right gal. I tend to be straight forward, simple and will integrate all the fancy therapy words into something that can be understood in your own personal life.
