As a Registered Psychotherapist, I work with individuals in east Ottawa, Orleans, and the area. My goal in working with clients - and my hope for everyone - is that we create fulfilling lives for ourselves and meaningful relationships with our partners, family, and friends. When we feel overwhelmed by the complexities of life, we may need some outside support to find our way. I support people through this confusion towards clarity and growth. I strive to create a genuine atmosphere of warmth and support for my clients no matter what challenge or goal they bring.
